With dedication and enthusiasm, Dana represents both buyers and sellers throughout Northern Vermont with all property types and various price ranges from those purchasing their first-time home to those wishing to purchase a quintessential piece of land along the shores of Lake Champlain.

Dana leads a team of three experienced REALTORS, each committed to serving their clients at the highest level. Dana started her real estate career in 2002 and is one of Chittenden County's top associates. She's also been recognized among the top 18% by Coldwell Banker worldwide. Her designation as Global Luxury Specialist and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), allows her to confidently guide clients through the many challenges of a real estate transaction.

In addition to 20+ years of real estate sales, Dana's diverse background in marketing, financial services, and community relations with companies including Brown Brothers Harriman, Ben & Jerry's, and Gap, Inc., gives her the unique ability to offer clients unparalleled service in all aspects of a real estate transaction.

In addition to Dana's professional experience, she has an in-depth knowledge of the local market, having owned more than six homes in the last fifteen years. Before moving to Vermont, Dana lived in San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She relocated to the Green Mountain State to attend graduate school at the University of Vermont.

Today, Dana happily resides in Shelburne with her husband, three children, and dogs Steve and Gigi. She enjoys athletic activities such as snowboarding and yoga and participates in Burlington's Vermont City Marathon annually. In 2020, Dana was recognized by her industry peers with the "GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARD" for her volunteer work as a Board Member for the Shelburne Food Shelf and creating a holiday gift program for children with incarcerated parents called Hope Beneath the Tree. She has also been the managing trustee for a social change grant-making foundation in Philadelphia for the 20+ years.

Shortly after graduating from Plymouth State University, Betsy and Pat relocated to the Burlington area, drawn to Vermont's exceptional quality of life. Betsy's career began with home sales over 30 years ago, and Pat turned ice cream into a profession working for the local favorite, Ben & Jerry's. On summer evenings, they can be found on the shores of Lake Champlain and snow days on the slopes of the Green Mountains.

Carly Fleming

As the daughter of a real estate broker, it's no exaggeration to say that Carly has been surrounded by the real estate business her entire life. Following in her mother's footsteps, Carly began a successful real estate career shortly after graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in advertising.

Born and raised in Essex, Vermont, Carly traveled to Costa Rica for volunteer work shortly after college. She eventually moved to the country and began her career selling vacation homes. After seven years, she relocated to the Seattle area, selling real estate in a high paced market fueled by the tech industry.

While returning to Vermont was always a part of her plan, in 2021, she, like many others, felt that time and family were too precious. She moved back to Vermont and now will be working alongside her mother, Realtor Betsy Fleming, guiding people to the place they want to call home.

Carly is knowledgeable, creative, patient, and loves working with people – she will ensure a smooth and successful transaction while closely communicating with all parties involved. With years of experience working in real estate internationally, she has applied the many lessons international living has taught her to professional and everyday life.

Carly loves Vermont's quality of life and access to the outdoors. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys exploring the nearby lakes and mountains and connecting with friends and family. Carly is passionate about life and her career, and whether you're buying or selling, she would love to guide you through every step of the process.

Paige Reynolds

Paige Reynolds

Paige grew up in Philadelphia before moving to Vermont nearly 20 years ago. As a child and young adult, she often accompanied her physician father and grandfather on house calls in lower-income areas of the city. This marked the beginning of her compassion and drive to help others. Paige held positions in sales for Tiffany & Company in Philadelphia; and as a rental Agent in Newport, Rhode Island. When she and her husband, John, moved to Vermont to raise their family – she was fortunate to take on roles supporting her three children’s activities. While a familiar face on the sidelines, Paige spent countless hours volunteer coaching soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey. She also volunteered to teach Sunday school and assisting math lessons in Charlotte Elementary School Now, with older children, she returns to a career in sales and marketing as a REALTOR on the Dana Valentine Team. Friends since childhood, Dana and Paige have worked together on numerous volunteer activities, notably ‘Hope Beneath the Tree,’ a local organization established to support children whose parent is incarcerated. As Dana’s real estate business has grown, Paige has also worked as her real estate transaction coordinator, ensuring clients received personalized attention. Paige received her Vermont real estate license to continue to expand her role on the Dana Valentine Team.
